The St. David's team that have been involved with me has been very good. They have put me in the driving seat behind my care and then pointing me in the right direction as required .
In due course, I a sure that I will have more reliance on them and hope that when the time comes all will be in place.
Todate, I am very happy with the care received by my St. David\s team.
