My uncle received Sr. David`s hospital care during the weaks prior to his death on 11th July. The nursing care he received was wonderful and enabled him to die peacefully and with dignity in his an home with his family with him. I would especially like to thank the nurse on duty the night he died (Julie Jones) Her care and kindness was very much appreciated both in the hours he died and afterwards.
