I am very grateful for this service and feel it cannot be any better. I am lucky that I am 83 and have had a good life and am not bothered that it is ending. However, we cannot help but worry about how painful the ending may be and whether I am being selfish in allowing two of my daughters to spend a lot of their time caring for me. I was delighted when my hospice carer arrived she is very sensitive and understanding and will monitor my pain relief and let me know if I am placing too much of a baron on my daughters.
