She has been proactive in ensuring help, removing obstacles and solving problems. This is early days but the relationship has been perfect. I wish I had been referred earlier, but the fault is mine in so far as I did not notice the symptoms until the illness was well advanced. The St. David's care was great as soon as they had been called in.
