I gave this answer because everything was explained perfectly by the nurse I saw/ Julie norms, nurse special 1st) she made me feel relaxed and made sure I understood everything, that was going to happen./nVery, very, caring.

As far, as I am concerned, Julie was the perfect nurse, as I said, I understood more at my visit at clinic (just and I) than I understood since my OP. 8 months ago It was a perfect consultation.

Responding on behalf of my mother. Had to ask to speak to a doctor for an update. A visitor was added to the visitor list without consent from myself, no one could advise who had added them.

At no point was I told, you can now stay as long as you want and not stick to visiting times only.

Could not fault the experience at this clinic, made to feel at ease, questions answer simply and mainly staff listened to my concerns.

Nothing could have been done better 100% satisfaction at the clinic.
