The nurses were respectful and friendly and explained all procedures clearly. we were also left with plenty of information about the procedures.

During our first assessment visit, Mel was so informative with regards to the processes- we did not need to not any questions became mel told us everything we needed to know which reassured us and made us feel so much more confident. Mel really did ease our concerns.
