Had a number of visists (still ongoing) and found CNS very caring, supportive and knowledgeable. Very patient explaining support available ongoing and for end of life.
Suggested improvements
Please just carry on with your wonderful staff and support, literally life saving for carers too!

I was not sure what to expect from the appoitment but got good advice and plan of action. A useful experience to discuss matters not covered during oncology or urology appointments doctor are very good listener.
Suggested improvements
Better directions including a site map and better parking near woodside clinic would help. Instructions to wait in car not helpful as parked near shop/ cafe.

I have been a patient of the lymphoedema service on and off for many years, and the care I have received throughout has been exemplary I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable, and I know that I am in extremely capable hands. My recent appointment with Julie and Sue was another positive and informative visit, they are always happy to explain things and answer all my questions.
Suggested improvements
I am extremely happy with everything and at the present moment I cannot think of anything that could be done better.
