The care given to my mum was excepetional on all levels, I had total confidence in the way in which the doctors and nurses dealt with her medical needs and the HCAs and volunteers were caring and always managed to put a smile on mum's face even as the really bad days.

The lady (nurse) answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I now feel that most of my problems are taken care of, and I feel relaxed and worry free.

It ain’t broke so don’t fix it, the old saying goes and I think this applies now.

As already mentioned, a beautiful place St. Cath's is we think Gary should/could/would have maybe been given more gentle persuasion or he was in a worse state of mind they we did not understand or more poorly than we were given provide of.
