I felt everyone at St. Catherine's showed so much care and attention throughout my stay. The food was amazing and I was very comfortable.

The people who I spoke to who were looking after mum were kind and caring.
Suggested improvements
When mum dies was came in and spent same time with mum, which was great. The nurse who came to see us in the conservating may have had a bad day, but she got annoyed if we asked a question, my wife and I were left feelnig what we were on inconvenience.

My mother was in the hospice for end of bit treatment and I felt that we were given the some care and support that was offered to her in her first days.

I could not fault in any way from the gardner who gave directions the receptionist both where polite and most helpful. The nurse I saw explained to me a bout my condition the problem and cause and a reason, throughout she put me at ease.

I could not fault as I said previously 'if its not Broke do not fix it'.
