Incredible care. Gail was treated like a celebrity nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were caring considerate and went above and beyond to make Gail's final weeks as comfortable as they could be.

The needs of my mother, as a patient and ourselves as a family, were met with a dignity and respect beyond our expectations.
We were treated with a kindness, a calmness, a humour and a quiet efficiency by all. This included not only all the nursing staff, but also the cleaners, the auxiliaries and the reception staff too.
Suggested improvements
All the reports received from family members and friends who went to visit my mother gave glowing accounts of not only the treatment received by her, but also the dignity and respect that they themselves experienced.

Her my wife could not have received any better care from everyone at St. Catherine's. It made the last two weeks she was at St. Catherine's as terrible as possible for her and also the family.
