June was excellent both in care giving attention to detail and very good in explaining her advice in an easy and please manor- very informative.

The staff and environment were lovely. The doctor was incredibly personable and empathetic. There was a sense of genuine concern and honesty. Listening and feeling unrushed was very important and was certainly delivered.

There was a bit of a delay in starting the appointment. Not a real issue but a very minor factor, for someone who might be anxious abotu such a meeting.

Our nurse was with us prom the beginning and got to know my husband as a person. This helped her identify when changes were occurring and he needed more help. She built trust between us all and helped him keeping dignity.

The staff were beyond helpful going above their call of duty. They looked after Sandra in such a way it made the process easier. The family felt cared for as much as they looked after Sandra.

There is nothing we can say that could have been done better as they were there not only whilst we were there but also after. The heart is a brilliant idea, don’t ever stop that.
