The specialist was very confident assessing what was required and necessary to provide good end of life care and was able to mobilize services.
Suggested improvements
Not sure, the only thing I can say is that St. Catherine's ough to have been involved earlier- not certain whether that was the fault of the GP or St. Cath's admin.

I couldn't think of a better place to have to be with staff that do such a marvelous job. It was first class.

The carers were professional and human, they listened and responded to requests they were sympathetic and supportive to the family.
Suggested improvements
I did think, occasionally, the carers were 'talking down to my husband- probably in an effort to lighten the atmosphere, and raise spirits but they need to be careful not to 'cross the line'.
