I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my stay and involved with decision making regarding my care.
At first I was in denial that I had developed lymphoma and was unsure as to how I should deal with it, Julie and sue spent time with me to ensure that I was totally informed with regards no my needs and on a 2nd visit, Julie did a trial fitting of a compression government (which I had previously declined) and I was delighted with the result.
I all answering on behalf of my wife who passed away after receiving wonderful care from your carers.
Russ was in the place he wanted to be to receive his final care. As a family we were still arrived to be there at every stage. His comment 'happy staff' happy place said it all. When nothing more could be done for him then you care turned to his family we cannot thank you enough.
