All perfect!
Having the treatment explained in detail.
Thorough examination and explanation of treatment.
Everything.
Everyone has been really kind and friendly, especially as I haven't always been the nicest patient. It is quite a long way for me to come however.
I found it difficult at first when the nurse I saw on a regular basis and had a good relationship with, left and wasn't replaced, but coming here for lymph assist treatment has changed my perception. The clinic is quiet, peaceful and tasteful. Anne is lovely.
I am most grateful for the care Audrey (Jackson) received at the hospice.
The "befriending service" is excellent and a great help to me as Audrey Jules carer.
Thank you for all the help for sure.
My father in law unfortunately passed away in St Catherines in 2012. The care he received in the 12 days before he passed was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for the nurses. Also the support we received as a family was excellent, from advice, information about his treatment, the numerous shoulders to cry on when he deteriorated and the support afterwards during the grieving process.
I would also like to add that as a large family, we were never made to feel unwelcome or that there were too many of us, even when we were overtaking his room and the communal conservatory! Everybody at St Catherines does a wonderful job and is a credit to this truly amazing charity!
We cannot thank you enough!
