I would be in a position to suggest improvements, only if I could think of any. St Cathrine's has done me proud in answering my concerns and putting up with an awkward old man. They answered questions that others seemed loathe and have been responsible for suggesting and array of things to try. They listened to me. Not everyone does. Thank you.

Good staff who make you welcome and comfortable. I go to see Julie Norris who makes you feel very relaxed and explains everything thoroughly.

Extremely friendly and welcoming. The nurse managed to fit in an appointment at short notice for me. There is nothing too much trouble and the nurses is both efficient and caring.

Alison attends on a preset time and day of the week which allows me to keep activities in advance.
