A lovely lady ( Ursula) who took time to explain everything and I kept feeling hopeful and positive. She couldn't have done most.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff clear instructions.
Although there is always room for improvement I cannot think of anything to improve on.
I have just been advised about new form of treatment which I shall take forward.

The staff are all very friendly and really make you feel at ease.
I think a really good improvement would be that once you have been seen for treatment, if in future you have problems self referral would speed up process instead of having to get GP etc, to send referral.
