Politeness and verbal care and patience. As it was our first visit it is not always easy to open up to some one straight away as a lot of feelings do become suppressed in order to cope at the time. But we both felt that their was someone there and fall back on for support. Better still as Vine nurse is not very far away from where we live.

The care and attention I have received from both Julie and Annie has been second to none. I have had great benefit from Laser therapy but also benefited enormously from the knowledge, caring and understanding of the team. Many many thanks.

These two young ladies were very caring and kind to both me and my husband. They showed both care and consideration for us both. I feel much eager now to try and understand my illness and I feel I have made two very good friends. Their thoughts were sincerely meant.
