The lady treated me with such respect even on looking at where the wound was and advising me. She helped sort out oncology and some prescriptions from doctors.

The staff and the facilities are excellent, I don't see anything that could be improved. The staff keep you fully involved at all times.

As an ambulance crew, we regularly come to St Catherine's. I have nothing but praise for all the staff here, from the minute you walk through the door their kindness shines through. Without people like this the EOLC would be no more. The staff and volunteers here have an excellent empathetic approach and deal with Pt's so sensitivity. I have never been here and not seen a member of staff without a smile or taking time to chat to it's, relatives and ambulance crews. Hard hard workers. :-).

Everyone is so supportive and helpful. The ability to see physio and get massage etc is super. It's nice to speak to people who are in the same situation without fear of upsetting anyone. The staff are excellent it's like having a new bunch of friends who care and understand. It's like having a new bunch of friends who care and understand. It's like a day out being pampered. Having lunch is a that theatre section is great it helps you find your inner self.
