I found Leone very informative, helpful and empathetic and have no suggestions for improvement.
Leone was also well informed about my medical history and so had prepared well.

Ursula was extremely kind, reassuring and did not make me feel a complete fool. (Even though I've been doing the massaging completely wrong!!). Her explanation was straight forward and uncomplicated. I don't think she good be improved!
