I learn more from the consultation than any information given before. Everything was very well. Explained what a very pleasant person.
Well advised and information given speaking softly, caringly and understandingly.
Bright cheery personality of specialist nurse. Listened carefully to issue of importance. Demonstrated a degree of empathy and was patient in eliciting information required in order to best assess needs and to plan a response. Reassuring that implementation will be carried out in a supportive manner.
Everything.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
The staff all appeared to be cheerful and supportive.
Excellent care. All my question were explained fully to me. I don't think anything could be improved.
The specialist nurse Julie Norris made me feel very welcomed. She explained the lymphatic system using some excellent metaphonic devices and easy to understand language. She explained the therapeutic method very well and I now understand fully what to expect and what I will be expected to do. I feel very confident now.
Listening with good. Communication and explanation very good.
