As a patient the mist rewarding part of being involved with a dedicated team was the fact that they listned to what I had to say before forming any opinion as what was the best way forward. The care and dedication of "Becky" and Andrew" with Shelley" was so intense it gave me a feeling of hope and a calming influence. It made the prospect of an appointment something to look forward too instead of a fearful encounter. May the clinic prosper.
