The treatments received from Jackie are wonderful, they've been invaluable in helping me to cope with everything I've been going through.
Thank you Jackie.
Lots of love.
We came to see the lymphoedema nurse Julie Norris. She explained everything in detail and made understand my condition easy with simple explanation of how it works. She had a lot of patient and we didn't feel rushed. A credit to the NHS.
I am a new patient and therefore inexperienced in any procedure that may occur. I did find Chelle very helpful and she explained fully St Catherine's Hospice and that you will be there to help me 24/7 if I contacted you. She also recommended course which I am willing to attend. If have discharged from Royal Preston and it was explained to me that I contact St Catherine's or District Nurse if I need them, this I will of course do, but in the meantime I am in my house alone with no one visiting to enquire how I am coping and feel very nervous about this and feel it would be beneficial to me and all other patient(who unfortunately are new to this cancerhelp), if someone called round periodically to check if all is well and reassure the patient that they are there to help. Chelle is visiting this pm and I will discuss the above with her.
Was very helpful and explained clearly.
I had complimentary day care treatment.
Massage on my back and it was absolutely brilliant - really helps with my pain, I cannot recommend it enough and cannot think of any improvements that would make it better.
Very helpful with our medication, questions and very knowledgeable.
