The things I felt good about my care was that I felt someone cared about how I was feeling. I felt calm talking about my feelings I didn't feel alone even though I have a very loving family, talking to someone who knew how I felt and my worries and fears was addressed. I am so looking forward to my next visit.

I (her son) was given a great deal of information and advice about the options open to mum future care.
