All aspects of care were dealt with in a caring way. It was nice for patients who are not mobile to be wheeled in the outdoor environment. Staff were very friendly, caring and made all family members feel welcomed and approachable. Thanks to all staff for their valuable time and care :-).

Spoke directly to mum but involved family members.
Improve - just more beds - impossible I know but a thought.
Thank you for making the short time mum stayed with you as comfortable as possible.

I felt better after seeing the nurse Vicky was very informative in answering my concerns. Its so important having this when you are feeling low. I definitely felt better. My other concern is about my daughter who is caring for me.

Excellent advice and good knowledge about how to improve and manage a lymphatic problem. Found out more advice in an hour then other professionals have told me in years. Great professional attitude by sincere staff.
