Extremely helpful and informative, had great and natural empathy with myself and my sister. Equally was prepared to listen to any questions we had. People like Shelley make this difficult time easier to deal with (if that is at all possible).

The two ladies listened sympathetically giving advice where necessary. The meeting was a comfortable but professional experience. At the moment we can see no improvements to suggest.
