All was good and cannot think of anything that could be improved. I feel so secure and safe.
She was very pleasant and thorough. Seemed to know what she was doing.
The majority of the staff, nurses, consultants and health care assistants were superb, caring and knowledgeable. However, I had cause on 2 occasions to question the tone that my mum was spoken to by a couple of members of the staff. I found them patronizing and condescending and if I had not been there I wonder what would have happened as mum was unable to respond for herself.
Victoria answered difficult issues directly but also sensitivity. She gave time for encouraged questions. She was observationally aware to my and my wife's emotional and physical feelings, she was thorough. I was left feeling confident and relieved in the care and support. St Catherines will give me and the patient.
Great advice and Julie Norris was very caring and give very clear advice.
Very personal/friendly and helpful. Good suggestions/practical tips.
Melanie who came to see me was a very nice lady. She listened to all that I had to say, without interruption or comment. She was very helpful as regards services that were available to me. She did not push in any way. But made me feel relaxed and able to tell her anything.
Plenty of information given. Questions answered. Reassurance about what was to come. Things being put in place for my daughter a huge relief. Friendly, professional first visit with an ability that rather toward me.
