1st visit informative and set my mind at rest.
Nothing was too much trouble, chef came regularly to see what I could eat.
The staff always asked if I would like my food blended as I had difficulty swallowing.
The care and understanding of our situation was a shining light for us. To just know someone is there that shows they care and want to help so we don't feel alone. We would not want to improve anything it is already excellent.
Everything explained fully and clearly by Julie Norris. My concerns and questions were answered with patience. Very happy with the treatment I received today.
Everything was good about the care my husband received. Every person we met was kind and considerate. The staff were amazing, so caring and patient. Everything was done with my husband's best interest at heart. All of the staff give 100% to make sure the patients and their families have everything they need. Truly amazing people.
I met with Kirsty today at Sherwood Court on behalf of my mum, the patient. Kirsty was wonderful, very attentive and caring. I am completely confident that my mum, myself and my family will be supported with compassion and great care over the coming week and months by the community palliative care team.
Everything was explained patiently and all our questions answered to reassure us.
It was a pleasure to have a conversation with my visitor. I was completely at ease and found confidence to relate aspects of my lifestyle and well being.
Explained what was their involvement in the care.
Kirsty was wonderful. She explained everything clearly and was most caring with it. Although my dad didn't need the medication, she changed this with the doctors as they prescribed the incorrect medication for him. She contacted me after my dad passed away which I thought was very kind and thoughtful of her.
