Was good.
Meeting nurses who are specialists and who can advice after listening to how I am managing.
Also good that the meeting could take place at my home glad to know that contact can be made if I'm worrying.

The care my father got was second to none. I found all the staff very caring and to the point, which was exactly what our family required. Everything we got from you was what we were told it would be. I would find it very difficult to say how you could improve.

Our carer was punctual and polite. She mainly went through a list of questions.
I was a bit disappointed she left straight away and didn't spend a bit of time with me alone. In general was satisfied. First visit.
