Annie was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Seriously involved with her job. She gave me advice with consideration, care and was very helpful suggesting adjustments that might help to my lifestyle.
A very pleasant person to have in any organisation.

If I have a bed night my befriended lets me sleep and looks after me during that time so my husband can go out and have a walk. She makes me a drink either before I go to sleep on make up.
