I was extremely nervous on attendidng my appointment. I did not know what to expect and I was unsure of the outcome Lucy was excellent in her manner and approach and made me feel at ease.

She was knowledgeable, patient kind and informative./n- The visit was excellent there was nothing that lucy could have done better for me at my appointment it was the best treatment I have had from the NHS.
