St. Catherine's is a special place. The staff showed kindness care and compassion towards my husband and our family. They were able to provide a professional service very friendly.

As immediate family members (when had loved for my husband at { } poor to his admission). We would have appreciated more written guidance of the IPU - we found some information. When moved { } in his 2nd room - we did not want to keep asking staff.Verbal in{ } - had been given on admission- but difficult to remember - (Information regarding my husband care was excellent and we felt involved) and information was available for patients). It would also have been helpful to have had done { } - did not always know if a person was a doctor, nurse, HCA, volunteer etc.
