Mary had started to struggle to communicate and understand once she received inpatient care, however, the team all worked really hard to understand { } to see her true personality.

I do wish mum could have come in slightly sooner as she struggled to understand where/why she was there. However, the staff where amazing and tried everything to keep her personality, needs and comforts in place. As a family we feel in debted to the hospice.
