I saw Julie Noms, everything was explained clearly so it was easily understood by me, I had the utmost confidence in her and she was very kind and caring. The dignity and respect I received was amazing and I felt at ease all through the appointment the information I was given was also explained clearly. There is nothing to be done to improve anything as overall the appointment was perfect.
