I was very grateful when the palliative care nurse at RPH told me a place was available for my dad. When he arrived we were made to feel very welcome by staff and volunteers. Dad was looked after beautifully by the team and I cant thank everyone enough.
I don't know if dad was aware he was there but I know he would have been very thankful.
