Give information in a clear manner, explaining everything, asking regularly of everything was clear to me. Offered advice on facilities that both myself and wife (as my carer) could use. Kirsty visited myself and wife and we feel, as specified above, that everything of concern was dealt with in a clear and caring manner and informed about things we had not thought about.
