Every member of staff, from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, were so friendly, caring and professional. I couldn’t have asked for anything more at such a difficult time.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of one thing that could have been done better. St. Catherine’s hospice and the staff made an awful situation so much more bearable.
