Chelle Cushing came to see me to talk about my husband who is very ill. She was very sympathetic and was easy to talk to. She gave me the facts of the situation and what I should expect. Straight talking was what I needed, a sensible approach to what was happening. The time flew by and I was sorry when it was time for her to leave. I now have the assurance of a voice at the end of the phone line and that I can ring anytime. Thank you.
