Every single member of staff and volunteer were exceptional. Thank you no.5- with how vulnerable and ill Barry was we as a family didn’t feel like there were enough staff to leave him alone overnight. It was really hard for us to do we knew Barry, and how he thought.
Suggested improvements
Giving someone with a terminal illness, physio exercises stressed him (and me) out pointless. Also he wasn’t deaf. He just wasn’t being listened to, at times for what he knew he needed.
