Mum liked all staff. They are all so caring and compassionate. They have given me good advice as daughter of patient I liked that they cross out the word patient in the green folder and write the persons name in. The food looked fantastic, in fact mum ate more in here than she did at home. The grands are beautiful especially at Christmas. Doctor Fletcher is very good at explaining everything and does it in the most caring manner. He stopped and asked how I was and took the time to talk to me in passing which I can't imagine would happen in hospital. I feel that we have been very lucky to get mum in here and I will help to support this place as long as possible.
