Sarah wanting the nurse who came to see me was friendly and really helpful, she was very clear when explaining somethings to me, gave me some leaflets to read and told me to make a list of any questions I might want to ask her when she comes back again next week, from my experience with Sarah I can not see that anything to be changed, so keep up the good work.
