The very day therapy was introduced at chest clinic Preston Hospital was that it was "palliative care" which is very "off putting". It makes you think things are worse than they are. The patients daughter understood the benefits from email discussion with nurses so was ale to reassure. No letter or leaflet sent - all done by email.
