There should be an 'excellent' box which I would have ticked. Emma white is an amazing clinical nurse specialist and a wonderful representative of your team. She has made an upsetting time so much more bearable. She is amazingly kind and compassionate.

Nothing- amazing, supportive, compassionate and empathetic support. Would have been lost without Emma white.
