The care was excellent but the rooms are very small and the building feels a bit like a trevellodge hotel, so a bit basic for expensive private treatment.
However would use again if needed.
My treatment was carried out during the covid pandemic. The hospital maintained the required protocols required to conform with the pandemic. This resulted in a modified version of what might be expected from private treatment but this could not be helped. Are staff coped well.
The kindness, care and attention that I received from all the staff at Spire Yale, Wrexham was second to none.
I believe that their wraparound support enabled me to recover very quickly from my two hip replacement operations. I have now returned to living a very full and active life.
Many thanks to you all!
I have now had surgery 4 times in this hospital and each time have been very happy with the care and treatment received.
I would have no hesitation recommending this Hospital and the Staff working there in all departments.
The standard of care at the Spire was excellent, I would like to thank all the nursing staff for their help post op and everyone else involved with my recovery.
Was well looked after by all of the staff.
I stayed three nights at Spire Yale Wrexham, having a Hip replacement operation. All the staff were efficient, friendly and approachable and I have no hesitation in recommending Spire Yale Wrexham.
would recommend the care i received

Ignore it and a new letter would arrive with new date. It never arrived. Pre op call received and arranged. Only to be told they now had no beds. Isolation was changed from 14 days to 3 days No one in their Admin Department seemed to know what was happening. Still waiting for a new date!
