From the moment I walked into Spire I was treated so well. Each person greeted me by name and told me theirs. My room was spotless and so comfortable and even had its own entertainment in the form of a peacock.
The staff were all incredible helpful and kind. I had a bit of trouble before the operation and my tears were met with kind words and a squeeze of my hand, exactly what I needed. After the operation I was never on my own until my partner arrived. When I needed more pain medication it arrived promptly.
The food was delicious and fresh even at 9.30 at night.
The man who pushed my wheel chair to the car was such a gentleman, I felt so looked after and so safe.
I would recommend Spire to anyone.
