My only gripe would be the long wait to have my procedure/operation. I know you can't have patients turn up 1 hour before their procedures, and operations do run over, but I was waiting a long time for my op'. I will say though that everyone, including my consultant, (Mr Foster) did apologize several times and kept me informed of when I would be taken to theatre.
