Had a very good experience although I would prefer a couple of things...
1) Given better updates on likely timescales for the procedure. I was just left for 4.5 hours without a clue when I was going in... I had no idea how rubbish daytime TV was, or how anxious you could get not knowing what's occurring. I was finally collected to go in without warning. I know these things can change but no holding responses or updates are surely not too much to ask?
2) Lunch was grim! I may have been on a "cold" lunch because the operation was on my nose, however the BLT sandwich made me feel like I was in a police cell.
Apart from that, everyone was just very nice, lovely and helpful!
I would look to have a private procedure elsewhere based on the 2 above points if (I hope not) the opportunity presents it self.
