The department went above and beyond during my sons stay. Richenda was amazing and nothing was too much to ask for anyone. They made us feel completely welcomed and looked after

The facilities at the William Harvey Spencer Wing were comfortable, welcoming and well maintained. The biggest praise goes to the staff who were so kind and helpful.

Nursing/care staff great. Don't even bother making a complaint against Spencer Wing or anyone involved with it, the consultants and managers will range against you with fictitious facts and a very poor grasp of the English language. Eventually they were told to pay me £200 as a "gesture of goodwill" because of the way they dealt with my complaint, which would have really stuck in their throats, as goodwill is close to the least of their virtues, which left me about £1000 out of pocket.
