I have received excellent care from dedicated, pleasant and hardworking staff. They have truly been amazing. My only fault is that the first night after my surgery I had an approximate wait for pain relief for 40-5 minutes - rang the bell 3 times. Was in much distress (appreciate the staff were very busy).

Some nurses- go beyond the call of duty other just do their jobs, as if we are a burden to them, you are frightened to ask for help.
