Cannot fault the experience, they have been fantastic from start to finish. Brilliant advice for breastfeeding. Couldn't have done it without their help. fantastic :-).

If treated the staff they were there and always kind/helpful.
The ward was really busy and the staff on duty were really busy so more staff would be better. No criticism at all on the service from people on duty.

Buzzer calls answered quickly.
Problems listened to and solved if possible.
Maybe staff could ask people if they are warm enough at night. Some people might be too nervous to ask for extra bedding.
