When patients ask for help, they shouldn't be ignored. I know you are busy but I had to help two patients whilst waiting for triage, one particular patient was very ill her husband asked twice, when I offered for this lady to be attended to first, she was noticed.

speed of being seen by triage friendly nurse, very efficient. Not too impressed with GP, fast + efficient but not understanding what he say's, no time to ask as he disappeared.
